This is a ground up restoration with no expense spared and is certainly one of the finest and cleanest mr2's anywhere in the world. It has a clean az title and all records are available related to the restoration and included receipts show that replicating this car would cost $45,000 to duplicate. Every vendor who worked on it can be contacted and will vouch for the quality that went into it. The car was disassembled and repainted at elite automotive finishes in mesa (ask for chris). They also installed the new aeroforce front spoiler, campos side skirts and tom's rear bumper. The paint and body are flawless -- not a scratch or ding anywhere on the car. Moving inside, the following was done at palacios upholstery of scottsdale (ask for jesse): the interior was stripped and new carpets and new floor mats were added; the seats and door panels were recovered with diamond stitched leather that is much higher quality than stock. More than a dozen interior pieces were replaced with new and all existing pieces were dyed to look like new. The t-top glass was double-tinted for superior sun and heat protection (pristine sun shades are also included and all t-top and door moldings are new). The steering wheel is from a supra (retains the tilt but not the cruise control). The ac was recently serviced, a new compressor added and it is ice cold. The stereo was done by soundwerks of scottsdale (ask for don) and includes a kenwood touchscreen cd/dvd receiver with bluetooth, an amp hidden behind the dash and jl audio component speakers. Soundwerks also stripped the interior and added $1000 worth of dynamat soundproofing material. They also installed a front bumper sensor with audible chimes to prevent a curb issue on the low front bumper. Led daytime running lights were incorporated into the front bumper for an added, modern flair. The suspension was updated with fortune auto 500 series coil-overs that are fully adjustable for ride and height. All suspension bushing and wheel bearings were replaced. All brake rotors and pads are new. Now on to the fun part, the car was shipped to mr2 specialists, prime performance of new jersey (ask for justin) and a gen 4 3sgte toyota 2. 0 liter turbo motor was swapped in with a stage 2 turbo upgrade good for nearly 400 horsepower (dyno sheets available from prime on identical setup). They also installed a new upgraded intercooler, downpipe with cat, berk exhaust, stage 2 clutch and flywheel and dozens of other supporting parts (all in the paperwork). The hks evc-s boost controller is installed in the stock clock location (there is a clock on the touchscreen). It has new asa ar1 17x8 inch wheels with new yokohama s-drive ultra-high performance tires. The battery is new and has a built-in tender hidden in the front bumper that uncoils and plugs directly into an outlet. The car has a fresh alignment. The car is fast and reliable, everything works flawlessly and it passes emissions testing easily (current paperwork included). It even comes with a pristine, spare toyota turbocharger, boxed in the trunk (a $1000 item). Again, this is one of the best mr2's left on the earth and will not disappoint in any way.
